Our mission is to distribute the SWIGGIES Wrist Water Bottles to adults and kids nationwide, particularly those involved in sporting activities such as running, cycling, hiking, horse riding and walking, where the risk of dehydration is high.

SWIGGIES are BPA-free, fun and functional water bottles that are moulded to fit around your wrist using a sturdy velcro strap and have a pull top to provide easy access to fluid during exercise. They were originally developed for runners as an alternative to carrying water bottles whilst on the go, however are now used widely in the US, Canada and the UK for every activity including cycling, hiking, walking, horse riding, skating, rollerblading, aerobics, fishing, as well as in schools and hospitals. This hands-free approach is new to Australia but is a proven and popular product that is simple, easy to use and comfortable to wear.

Dehydration is arguably the greatest risk faced by Australians, given our harsh climate.  It is recommended that for optimal performance, individuals should drink adequately before and during exercise. During exercise, you should sip small

amounts of fluid regularly to maintain fluid balance. This optimal hydration can be achieved by drinking 150-350ml of fluid at 15-20 minute intervals from the start of your exercise routine and throughout. SWIGGIES hands-free hydration water bottles were designed to enable you to take small regular sips of fluid and continue to exercise without too much interruption. Taking on fluid while exercising helps to regulate body temperature as well.

SWIGGIES come in two sizes - adult size of 330ml a pair, and kid's size of 240ml a pair - so you can remain hydrated without breaking your stride.  

Each SWIGGIE weighs 227 grams, which is the perfect amount for movement without putting stress on your joints. You can wear them over your clothing or, if you prefer, when they are filled with cold water they cool your wrists and keep you from overheating. They can also be frozen and are dishwasher safe.

With so many plastic bottles ending up in landfills, Swiggies are an environmentally friendly product, re-usable and easy to recycle. They are made of FDA approved, food grade, BPA-FREE plastic and also have Child Safe International approval.
